Zach Davis
Zach Davis serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at NeighborWorks® America, where he leads the development of national partnerships that drive investment, innovation, and impact across the organization’s work.
In this role, Zach works with financial institutions, philanthropic organizations, and cross-sector partners to align resources with strategic priorities. His work focuses on expanding access to capital, strengthening the capacity of the NeighborWorks network, and advancing solutions to complex housing and community development challenges. He also helps position NeighborWorks as a trusted intermediary and thought partner across the field.
Prior to joining NeighborWorks, Zach held leadership roles in nonprofit management, fundraising, and strategic development, including at BoardSource, where he led business development and strategic partnerships to expand the organization’s national reach and influence. He worked with foundations, corporations, and nonprofit leaders to strengthen governance and board leadership and advanced field-building initiatives that positioned governance as a key driver of organizational effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
Earlier in his career, Zach held roles at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, where he led the organization’s Corporate Fund, and at the Alabama Symphony Orchestra, where he led partnership development and government relations across the state.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management from Millsaps College.
