ML312 Organizational Leadership Succession

Organizational Leadership Succession provides a comprehensive approach to preparing for leadership transitions at all levels. Participants will learn to integrate succession planning into ongoing organizational development, assess readiness, and identify strengths and gaps. The course covers best practices for developing future leaders, engaging stakeholders, and linking succession to sustainability efforts. Special focus is given to the board’s role, planned and emergency executive transitions, and strategies to address common challenges. Through assessments and action planning, participants will leave equipped to foster a culture of leadership development and ensure smooth, successful transitions that support long-term organizational stability and impact.
