ML321 Culture Revolution: Transformational Change for a Sustainable Business Model

This course equips you with the tools to lead your organization through transformational change toward a social enterprise model. You’ll explore the fundamentals of organizational transformation, including how to create a climate for change, assess your current systems, and communicate a compelling vision. Through interactive exercises, you’ll identify your organization’s assets, anticipate barriers, and develop a vision statement aligned with mission and profitability. By the end, you’ll have a roadmap for sustainable change and a deeper understanding of how to lead your team through the transition.
