This course equips you to develop, manage, and sustain effective partnerships for community revitalization. Analyze the forces driving collaboration, explore the continuum and stages of partnership, and assess the readiness of communities and organizations. Learn to identify assets and liabilities and overcome common barriers to collaboration. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, participants will develop action plans and strategies to ensure the success and sustainability of collaborative efforts.
