Strengthen your analytical and financial skills with this course designed to help you excel in affordable housing asset management. Work with financial reports, practice financial calculations, and explore how Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit properties operate. Learn to distinguish asset management from property management, link triple bottom line goals to performance outcomes, and analyze key financial documents and performance measures. As the second course toward the Asset Management Specialist designation, AM290 covers regulatory compliance, resident services evaluation, and asset management reporting. Learners should bring a laptop and have basic Excel skills. Successful completion, including the exam, is the prerequisite for AM291.
