Course Details

This course brings together the full asset management curriculum. It takes place over a month with traditional classroom and online learning. You’ll strengthen your portfolio analysis skills, develop an asset management plan, and assess complex financing and refinancing strategies. You’ll analyze property performance across varied ownership structures, design long‑term reserve approaches, and receive coaching. You’ll deliver a presentation of your asset management plan to your peers. A laptop is required. Completing this course and the asset management plan are the final steps for earning the Certified Housing Asset Manager designation. Prerequisite: Advanced Financial Tools for Asset Management.
