ED165 Achieving Economic Development with CDBG Funding

Demystify the rules and regulations of the CDBG Program and gain the knowledge to finance a wide array of economic development projects. Explore strategies for obtaining funding, creating Revitalization Strategy Areas, and leveraging CBDO and CDFI designations. You'll learn to navigate documentation requirements for job tracking, income qualification, and national objectives, and discover when a presumption of low-to-moderate income benefit applies.
