ABCs of Managing Projects and Collaborators

This course introduces you to the art and science of managing collaborative projects. You’ll explore the five phases of the project lifecycle and apply eight key components of project initiation and planning. You’ll also assess your personal workstyle and learn how it affects communication and team dynamics. Through peer learning and hands-on activities, you’ll develop and review project plans, practice participatory leadership, and gain tools to manage diverse teams and track progress. Whether you’re new to project management or seeking to refine your approach, this course prepares you to lead with clarity and collaboration.
