Board Oversight and Governance

This course equips board members and nonprofit executives with the knowledge and tools to enhance board effectiveness. Participants will explore board responsibilities, governance structures, financial oversight, and CEO-board collaboration. Topics include strategic planning, board development, fundraising, legal and ethical oversight, and inclusive leadership. Through peer learning and practical exercises, you’ll gain strategies to improve board engagement, assess performance, and foster a healthy board culture.
