Building AI Strategy in Community Development Organizations

This course helps executive directors and senior leaders navigate the growing pressure to integrate artificial intelligence into their organizations while remaining true to their mission and accountable to their communities. AI is already present in most organizations, embedded in grant reporting tools, data platforms, communication systems, and the personal devices of staff. The question is no longer whether to engage with AI, but how to lead that engagement with clarity, governance, and purpose. Learners will develop practical AI governance policies, explore responsible implementation strategies, and leave with a 90-day AI roadmap built for their organization.
