Remus Boxley

Remus Boxley brings more than 25 years of human resources (HR) experience, having held HR leadership roles across a range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, supply chain/retail, transportation, engineering, and nonprofits. He is highly skilled in all areas of HR, with a passion for coaching and mentoring, employee engagement and retention, leadership and employee development, and employee relations.

Renée Boudreaux Joe

Renée Boudreaux Joe joins NeighborWorks America as the organization’s senior vice president of Communications & Marketing. As the National School Boards Association’s (NSBA) inaugural chief marketing & communications officer, she spearheaded initiatives to fortify the organizational brand, enrich user experience and drive revenue. She also revamped the strategic marketing, communications, and creative teams as well as expanded her purview to include oversight of business development and conferences and meetings, acting as interim transformation officer.

Tayna Frett

As senior vice president of Administrative Services and Facilities, Tayna Frett is responsible for leading NeighborWorks America's administrative and facilities operational efforts and is a strategic thought partner in her area. 

Tina R. Trent

Tina Trent is senior vice president of Corporate Strategy and Impact. She leads a team of data management, analysis and program evaluation experts responsible for advancing evidence informed decision making at NeighborWorks America. Trent leads the organization’s strategic planning, program evaluation, performance measurement, data collection and business intelligence activities.

Tonya Tyler

Tonya Tyler is the vice president of operations for National Initiatives. Prior to her current role, she was the vice president of the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling (NFMC) Program, where she managed the final year of the programs' appropriation and provided oversight of the wind down of the program. During her 10-year tenure in the NFMC program, she was responsible for developing and managing the NFMC Quality Control and Compliance process for grantees. 

Yonas Tessema

Yonas Tessema joined NeighborWorks America in 1994 and became senior vice president and controller in November of 2017. Yonas is responsible for the internal and external financial reporting, accounts payable, cash management and department's financial support. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed a reputation for mentoring staff as an accomplished leader, is an expert in change management and has a proven track record of providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the organization's financial soundness.
