How do I register for the NTI in Miami Beach?

How do I change courses after purchasing?
Exchanges allowed until July 14, 2026.
Go to My Courses → Exchange Training.

Can I send a paper registration form?
No. All registrations must be submitted online.

EVENT PAYMENTS/SCHOLARSHIPS:

What is the payment policy?
Payment is due at checkout. Cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, or American Express. For checks/group payments- submit an email to [email protected].

Are scholarships available?
Yes — limited scholarship assistance is available. To apply/view your status, please visit the scholarships website for more information.

No‑shows may lose scholarship eligibility for 12 months.

EVENT CHANGES/CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTIONS:

Can I cancel and receive a refund?
Email [email protected] by July 14, 2026

Are substitutions allowed?
No. Participants must register and pay individually.

EVENT COURSES/CERTIFICATIONS/EXAMS:

Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Yes—attendance must be 100%. Certificates available on the event platform within 2–3 days of the course end date.

NCHEC Continuing Education Hours?
Must take Housing Education & Counseling tracks. Exams within 30 days.

LODGING & TRAVEL LOGISTICS:

Is Lodging included with my Registration?

For Network Members: A limited number of free lodging packages are available on a first-come-first serve basis. Under this package, NeighborWorks will book your lodging on our account. No action is needed on your end.

For General Admission: Lodging is not included. You may book lodging directly with the event hotels where the event has arranged a call-in block. Please visit the Travel & Logistics Guide within the Event Resources section on the Event Platform for detailed instructions on booking your accommodation.

For Scholarships: Lodging is included with some scholarship awards. Please review your scholarship award notification for specific details. No further action is needed.

If NW covers your lodging – you will see Check In and Check Out Dates on Your NTI Schedule. Please note the exact venue for your lodging will not be updated to your schedule until July 22, 2026.

Lodging Assignments

Hotel assignments will be posted to the event platform by July 22, 2026.

Do not contact the hotel directly if NW covers your lodging.

Venue Logistics
Expect extensive walking. Review the Travel & Logistics Guide within the Event Resources section on the Event Platform.

Extra lodging nights & late arrivals
Extensions are allowed only if travel options do not permit a midnight return to your home airport.
Requests must be submitted by July 14, 2026, to [email protected].
Late arrivals: Call 1‑800‑438‑5547.

Accessibility Needs
Enter your specific needs in the ADA registration section, or via the Accessibility Intake Form available on our website.

Meals
Meals not provided except beverage/snack service and Monday Plenary lunch.

Dress Code
Business casual; dress in layers to accommodate varying temperatures in the convention center venue.

Unable to attend class?
Call 1‑800‑438‑5547. No-shows receive an incomplete, and certificates will not be awarded.

Shuttle & Ground Transportation
Shuttles provided between select hotels and the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Airport transportation not provided.
