Sean Chisolm

Sean Chisolm is the Vice President of Talent Management at NeighborWorks America, where he leads talent management efforts that support how we attract, develop, and retain the people who advance our mission. His work focuses on strengthening the systems and practices that enable staff to do meaningful, community-centered work, spanning talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, and onboarding.

Stevan Miller

Stevan oversees the Resource Development Division and will serve as NeighborWorks® America’s chief development strategist, holding enterprise-wide responsibility for shaping and executing the organization’s non-federal funding strategy. He is responsible for managing the successful stewardship of major contributors to ensure the retention of major donors and supporters. Throughout his career, Stevan has held senior leadership roles at organizations including the Air Force Aid Society, Paralyzed Veterans of America, Malaria No More and UNICEF.

Lynne Wallace

Lynne Wallace serves as Co-Vice President of Success Measures, co-leading the enterprise alongside Jessica Anders-Mulcahy. Together, they guide the strategic direction, operations and growth of Success Measures, advancing its mission to provide rigorous, community-centered evaluation and learning services to the broad community development field.

Jessica Anders-Mulcahy

Jessica serves as Co-Vice President of Success Measures, leading the enterprise in partnership with Lynne Wallace. They guide the strategic vision and operations of Success Measures, ensuring the team continues to advance its mission by providing rigorous, community-centered evaluation and learning practices across the broad community development field.

Brooke Finn

Community development is Brooke Finn's passion. So it made perfect sense that she pursued a job at NeighborWorks after retiring from the Peace Corps. "That I landed the job was very fortunate for me," says Finn. 

Douglas M. Sessions

Douglas M. Sessions comes to Neighborworks America from the International Baccalaureate (IB), where he served as head of global professional development, helping to create and lead a new directorate responsible for designing, developing and evaluating all professional learning products and services for IB educators worldwide. 

​Hui Min

Hui Min came to NeighborWorks America from the field of International Education, where she led product development at Rubicon International and later Faria Education Group. After years of teaching at Chinese and American universities, she built a career designing and implementing tech tools for learning institutions. Min worked globally as a trainer and consultant, focusing on curriculum design and educational technology.

Bryan Brown

Bryan Brown is the senior vice president of National Initiatives.

Bryan previously served as president & CEO of the Greenville Housing Fund (Greenville, South Carolina), a NeighborWorks network organization. Under his leadership, the Fund championed the preservation and expansion of affordable housing options through community engagement, advocacy for effective public policies, and strategic investments. Since 2018, Bryan and his team raised and deployed significant capital to produce and preserve more than 2,673 homes across Greenville.
